Project Summary: Mounting of devices, Installation, Configuration and Testing and Commissioning of Closed Circuit Television System & Accessories including Structured Cabling for the InterContinental Hotel, Doha and handing over.
Scope of Works: Engineering, supply, transportation, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and Coordination with other contractors and providers of CCTV system and interfaced system like structured cabling network. Pulling and Termination of Fibre, Cat6 A Cables, Mounting of Racks and Passive Components and Media Converters. Attend coordination and progress meeting with concerned parties. Delivery of progress reports and reviews. Delivery of all related documents to the concerned contractor for MOI-SSD approval. Delivery of manufacturer installation instruction. Quality assurance and management. All materials and services supplied/provided to be as per MOI-SSD standards and regulations. Site survey and project planning for the scope related to camera installation. Provide method statement for the installation works. Supply of cameras and related accessories. Installation of cameras and related accessories. Testing and commissioning of cameras. Testing and commissioning of camera connectivity from the IDF in coordination with third party contractors. Finalization of the system for the approval of the employer/consultant. Delivery of documentation related to the camera installation. Complete implementation of supplied system. Training and handover of the system to the concerned contractor for integration with the software.
